There are three different appointment types and availability may vary based on what you choose. If you cannot find a time that works for you please consider adding yourself to the waitlist using the link at the bottom of this page (under the list of session options) so you will be notified of any cancellations and hopefully secure a recently-vacated spot.

PLEASE NOTE: The fee as of September 1, 2026 for a 50-minute session is $156. This is in line with the 2026 BCACC recommended fee rate for RCCs.

Hello! I’m Charene (she/her). I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in Victoria B.C. I support people in navigating relationships with self and others; navigating issues like anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, boundary setting, communication, assertiveness, intimacy, estrangement, abuse, and attachment to name a few.

I offer in-person counselling to adult individuals in Greater Victoria and online counselling to adults in many parts of Canada. Please reach out to me for more information.
